Refund & Return Policy

At TechNuha, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at 📧 support@technuha.com with a photo or video proof of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong item sent by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Health/personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
